In hours (9am-5pm):

If your symptoms worsen you should discuss this with your GP

If you are already accessing our services contact your care co-ordinator or local community team (CARS)


Please contact 111.

If you are worried about the immediate safety of you or someone you know you should contact the emergency services – 999

The Crisis Resolution Team can offer telephone support, advice and guidance and can be contacted on 01905 681915 outside of normal working times.

  • A&E

  • GPs

  • Mental Health professionals.

  • Police Services

  • Paramedics
