If your symptoms worsen you should discuss this with your GP
If you are already accessing our services contact your care co-ordinator or local community team: 01905 768030 

Out-of-hours:
Please contact 111 or A&E.
If  you are worried about the immediate safety of you or someone you know you should the emergency services - 999

  • GPs

  • Mental Health professionals.
