The promotion of community engagement with mental health
services.
Brief description
CDWs work with black and ethnic minorities (BMEs). We share
information with BME's on mental health wellbeing in general and on
accessing the Trust's services in particular.
Client group
Black and ethnic minorities within Worcestershire.
How the service is accessed
CDWs do not undertake individual casework. Their role is to
engage with and share information with BME communities.
Availability of service
9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Geographical area covered
County-wide, including the Herefordshire CDW service.
