Young people aged 14-35 experiencing a first episode of psychosis or bipolar disorder.
Brief description of the service
Worcestershire's Early Intervention Service addresses the needs of young people (aged 14-35) who have recently experienced a first episode of psychosis or bipolar disorder. Based in Worcester city, we are a countywide service helping individuals and their families to understand and cope with psychosis and help young people achieve social, educational and vocational outcomes. Our aim is to promote recovery, reduce trauma and tackle stigma.
How the service is accessed
Open referral. (i.e. we accept referrals from any agency, including self-referral or carer-referral)
