The EPP Self Management Course is a
free course for any adult, who has a long-term health condition(s)
and who would like to find ways of managing their illness more
positively in order to improve their quality of life.
Each EPP Self Management course runs
for six weeks, one day per week with each session lasting
two-and-a-half hours. It is facilitated by trained volunteer tutors
who are themselves living with a long-term condition(s) and have
attended an EPP course prior to becoming a tutor. This means they
understand the challenges that participants face on a day to day
basis.
