Big White Wall – Online Psychological Therapy 

Worcestershire Healthy Minds clients can now get free online support with Big White Wall. 

Big White Wall is designed to help people get support, take control and feel better. It provides 24/7 peer and professional support (with trained counsellors online at all times), plus a range of wellbeing tools to help people self-manage. Clients can access evidence-based treatments online that fit around busy lifestyles. This service is safe and anonymous, so no one will know you have chosen to use it unless you tell them. 

73% of Big White Wall members share something for the first time and 90% feel better as a result of using the service. To see more about how Big White Wall works, you can watch this short film.

SilverCloud

SilverCloud: A Computerised CBT Programme (cCBT).

SilverCloud is an online programme that teaches Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques to help people manage depression and anxiety.  

An online programme provides flexibility and accessibility. It is especially beneficial to those who are unable to attend appointments within office hours e.g. due to work/education/other commitments. This online Cognitive Behavioural programme can be accessed in a location which suits you. 

You are supported online throughout the programme by a therapist. Worcestershire Healthy Minds offers 10 SilverCloud programmes that help a range of mental health difficulties. The programmes are:   

How Can I Access It?

Before you join SilverCloud you will need an initial assessment with one of our therapists to see if this programme is right for you. These usually take around 30 minutes and are completed over the phone.

  • or asking your GP to refer you. 

Please note that you will need a device that connects to the internet to complete one of our programmes.

To take part in these programmes you must be over 16 years old and registered with a Worcestershire GP.
