Worcestershire Early Intervention Service

Worcestershire's Early Intervention Service addresses the needs of young people (aged 14-35) with a first episode of psychosis or of bipolar disorder (specifically bipolar l). We also offer a time-limited intervention to young people with an At Risk Mental State (ARMS). The service comprises two teams (covering North and South Worcestershire). We work with individuals and their families to understand and cope with psychosis and bipolar disorder and to help young people achieve social, educational and vocational outcomes. Our aim is to promote recovery, reduce trauma and tackle stigma.
