Talent for Care Banner
The Talent for Care national strategy was launched in March 2015. The Trust Board are committed to developing our future workforce in bands 1-4 who are crucial to making a difference in terms of patient experience and outcomes. The Trust recognises that this is an ideal opportunity to build on our talent, grow our own and give something back to support staff and the care they give to patients.
