Staff Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub

The Hub logo - PNGWelcome to the Herefordshire and Worcestershire mental health and wellbeing hub. This is a new service specifically for health and care staff (including NHS, social care and the wider care system) working in our local area.

We have set up this wellbeing hub so that it is available to all staff, no matter your role. As a team we aim to support you - you are our biggest asset and we are fully committed to you and keeping you safe. Our services will be tailored to what you need, whether that’s advice, assessment, support or signposting. We understand that COVID-19 has impacted all aspects of life, if you are feeling stressed or anxious, we are here. No matter how small you feel the problem is, please get in touch.

Our service is completely confidential and we want the Hub to be a safe space for you.

What if I work in mental health or want to be referred elsewhere?

If you work in mental health and feel that you need to speak to someone outside of your organisation, we can help you to be seen elsewhere. The Hub can refer you to other staff mental health and wellbeing hubs outside of Herefordshire and Worcestershire. For more information please call us on 01905 520025

It is okay to ask for help. However if you aren’t ready to get in touch with us, take some time to look through what we can offer and get a feel for how we can help.

How will my data be kept secure?

As part of accessing the Hub, we may ask for information about you (such as your gender, ethnicity and which organisation you work for) this is to ensure that we are accessible to all staff across Herefordshire and Worcestershire who are eligible to access our services.

Please be reassured that your personal information will be kept secure and confidential at all times and will only be accessible to individuals who need to see it. When you contact the Hub, you'll be asked some questions by the team. They can provide a range of support depending on how you’re feeling and what you’re experiencing. This can range from signposting you to help or advice, to making a referral to a mental health team. This service is free and completely confidential.
