Community Mental Health services in Herefordshire and Worcestershire are being transformed.
As one of a handful of areas to receive significant additional investment, we are about to transform the care we provide across our communities with the plan that our new local approach and learning will influence or be adopted nationally over the coming years. We will be introducing a truly integrated model of care that will challenge traditional practice of primary and secondary interventions replacing it with a continuum of care where individuals are not discharged from one service for another but resource will flex to meet complexity of need.
To drive this programme forward we need a number of qualified mental health professionals who have the passion, enthusiasm and skills to be part of this exciting, new way of providing community mental health care.
