We support people, aged 16 and over, who are experiencing problems such as stress, anxiety, low mood and depression. We help people improve their mental wellbeing through a range of interventions such as short courses, online therapies, and guided self- help. You can access the service by:

  • Calling the team on: 0300 302 1313 to self-refer. 
  • Ask your GP to refer you.

Please note we are not an emergency mental health service. 
If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, please make an urgent appointment with your GP or attend Accident and Emergency. Alternatively, you can call Samaritans on their 24 hour helpline on 116 123.

Confidentiality is a key priority for our service. The data related to your contact with us is confidential and is stored on a secure NHS computer database. To ensure that we provide you with the best care, we will keep your GP informed about your engagement with the service.

Individuals accessing Worcestershire Healthy Minds services will also have access to a specialist employability service, delivered in conjunction with Mental Health Matters. This additional service will give access to Employment Advisors to provide specialist free confidential advice if you are unemployed and looking at gaining employment, as well as support if stress, anxiety and depression are affecting your work.
