How do I Access the Service

You can access the service in three ways: 

  • You can also self refer by calling the Wellbeing Hub on 01905 766124. You can also contact the hub if you are unsure we are the right service for you or you would like more information or help with being signposted to support from local community providers you can access Worcestershire Wellbeing Hub. The hub is a service for people over the age of 16 who are experiencing low mood, anxiety or stress, and feel that they would benefit from support from local community providers.   • You can ask your GP to refer you.
For GP and Professional referrals please continue to refer patients via Worcestershire Adult Mental Health Single Point of Access (SPA)

Please note we are not an emergency mental health service. If you need urgent help or have suicidal thoughts then please do not wait for us to get in touch with you. Please contact your GP, or attend Accident and Emergency. Alternatively, you can call Samaritans on their 24 hour helpline on 116 123.

What about confidentiality?

Confidentiality is a key priority for our service. The data related to your contact with us is confidential and is stored on a secure NHS computer database. To ensure that we provide you with the best care, we will keep your GP informed about your engagement with the service. If during your contact with the service we become concerned about you being able to

keep yourself safe, we will need to liaise with your GP or refer you for alternative support.

Friends & Family Test


What is the Friends and Family Test?   

The Friends and Family Test (FFT) is a way for people to provide anonymised, real time feedback about the NHS service they are using. It asks if people would recommend the service they used to friends or family. To find out more, simply click here
