Revised Worcestershire SLCN Pathway launched on the Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust website

We're really excited to launch an updated and revised Worcestershire SLCN Pathway on the Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust website as part of a month long campaign 'We need to talk' to raise awareness of the importance of speech, language and communication skills.

Worcestershire's SLCN Pathway was originally launched in 2011 following the SLCN Review led by the Integrated Commissioning Unit and winner of the Shine a Light Award for Commissioning as part of Hello, the national year of communication. Developed by health and education practitioners, the Pathway provides information and support for anyone with an interest in speech, language and communication. It includes clear guidance and an extensive range of free downloadable tools to support parents, early years practitioners, teaching staff and professionals in meeting the needs of children and young people with SLCN.
