Were going smoke free web banner

The Trust have a duty to protect and care for the health and wellbeing of our patients, service users, staff and visitors including those who are particularly vulnerable to the harmful effects of second hand smoke including pregnant women, children and those with long term health conditions.

We recognise that smoking is a personal choice and we do not wish to discriminate against those who choose to do so. However, we ask that you help us to keep
our buildings and grounds smokefree to protect others including all wards and in-patient areas.

The new policy will come into place on 1 September, 2019 with mental health wards implementing the change on the 2 September.

we will be adding more information in the next couple of weeks so stay tuned.
