Data Protection
Under Article 35 of the General Data Protection Regulation, there is a legal requirement for a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) to be carried out where processing, in particular using new technologies, and taking into account the nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing, may result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals.
