Our annual staff awards provide an opportunity to celebrate and recognise the hard work, dedication, and outstanding care delivered by our teams and services. Patients, service users, families and carers from across Herefordshire and Worcestershire are invited to nominate members of our team who have made a lasting impact on their care.
Our teams include mental health and learning disability services across Herefordshire and Worcestershire, Integrated Community Services in Worcestershire, including community nursing and therapy services. We also run Worcestershire’s community hospitals and rehabilitation units, minor injury units, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, community stroke services and specialist neurological clinics.
Through the Starting Well Partnership, we provide health visiting, school health nursing and early years support. We also provide respite care for families of children with life-limiting learning and/or physical disabilities, and are responsible for community based paediatric services, which are delivered by multi-disciplinary teams.
We are Worcestershire’s main provider of sexual health services, and also run a number of community dental clinics for people who are unable to access a mainstream services.
