Compliments, complaints and feedback
The Patient Relations Team will contact you within two working days of receiving your contact and we are available Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, with the exclusion of bank holidays.

Friends and Family Test (FFT) is a way for people to provide anonymised, real time feedback about the NHS service they are using. It asks if people would recommend the service they used to friends or family.
