Welcome to Worcestershire Integrated Sexual Health Service (WISH).
WISH provides free and confidential sexual health services. We believe everyone should have access to the right services, at the right time. If you have any accessibility needs, or if English is not your first language, please contact our team before your visit so we can ensure you have the right support in place.

- Testing and treatment for Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs).
- Contraception, including Long Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC) eg: implants and coils.
- An outreach service which supports people who are young or vulnerable.
- Pregnancy advice and support including Early Medical Abortion (EMA).
- Vasectomy services.
Please note that WISH is unable to provide:
- Psychosexual counselling
- Menopause support and HRT
- Routine cervical screening — this is available via your GP
- Treatment of PCOS or endometriosis beyond the use of contraception
- Fertility treatment (for people who may be having problems getting pregnant)
- The contraceptive pill to delay periods
- Hepatitis vaccination or testing for work/ travel purposes
- Travel vaccinations
- HPV vaccination for school-aged children — this is offered as part of the school immunisation programme
Confidentiality
At WISH, your privacy is important. We ensure that everything you share with us remains confidential. We will not disclose your information to anyone, including other Health Professionals without your consent or knowledge. This includes people under the age of 16.
In exceptional cases, where there is a risk of emotional or physical harm to you or someone else, we may need to inform others. In these rare situations, we will always explain what we are going to do and why.
