How to sign up
If you are a patient accessing the services above and would like to receive appointment text message reminders, please speak to a member of the administration team within your service to provide your consent and confirm your contact details.
Patients who have given consent to be contacted by text message, either directly or through a nominated family member or carer (proxy access), will receive appointment reminders 72 hours and 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. This service acts as a reminder to you and does not replace your appointment letter or email.
Text messages will be sent from an account called 'NHSNoReply'
