Join the Conversation: Co-Producing the Future of Engagement In Our Trust

We are developing a new five-year strategy for how we will work with the people and communities we serve.  We want our new strategy to build on what has been achieved so far.

We are inviting patients, carers, NHS staff, volunteers, local residents, and partners from education, social care, charities, community and faith organisations and other sectors to join us at one of our upcoming co-production events.

Together, we will help shape our new strategy for:

• Engagement and involvement
• Patient and carer experience
• Reducing health inequalities
• Volunteering and participation

This is an opportunity to influence how we listen to, work with and support our communities over the next five years. We want to hear from people with lived experience, those who use our services, those who work within them, and those who support people in our communities every day.

Your ideas, experiences and perspectives will help us identify what matters most, what we should do differently, and where we should focus our efforts in the future.
