Aches and pains are a normal part of life. However, they can prevent you from carrying out your usual day-to-day activities and can make you feel worried and frustrated.
The good news is that most of the conditions that cause these aches and pains can be easily treated by you, at home. Click on the below tiles for advice and information from our clinicians to help you do this.

After you're referred
Once you've made a referral, it will be sent to our triaging physiotherapists who will decide the urgency of the referral. It's very important to include as much information as you can to give the triaging physiotherapist a good picture of your condition.
When this is complete and depending on the outcome, you will be contacted by a member of our admin team who will call you via a withheld number to arrange a physiotherapy appointment.
You will then be invited to a face to face by one of our physiotherapist clinicians – please see the ‘About outpatient physiotherapy’ for further information.
