Community mental health services
Across Herefordshire and Worcestershire, we offer a comprehensive range of community mental health services, including:
- Talking Therapies
- Perinatal Mental Health Services
- Neighbourhood Mental Health Teams (NMHT/CMHT)
- SHAPE - Supporting Health and Promoting Exercise
- Eating Disorder Services
- Early Intervention in Psychosis
We work together with GPs and other local organisations to provide joined-up, person-centred care, helping you to receive the right support, in the right place, at the right time.
Improving our services
We have been working on an action plan to improve community mental health services for adults with Severe Mental Illness (SMI) in Herefordshire and Worcestershire. We want all patients and their families have a positive experience and receive high-quality care that meets their needs.
