Talking Therapies
NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire Talking Therapies is delivered by Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust, the main provider of mental health and learning disability services across the two counties.
Talking Therapies provides a range of free, confidential support to people aged 16 and over across Herefordshire and Worcestershire. This includes:
We can also support you in finding local groups, courses and activities run by voluntary, charity and social enterprise organisations, all aimed at helping you look after your physical and mental wellbeing.
If you're over 16 and registered with a GP in Herefordshire or Worcestershire, you can refer yourself to the NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire Talking Therapies.

- Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) — Call CALM on 0800 58 58 58 (5pm – midnight every day) if you are struggling and need to talk.
- Samaritans — Whatever you're going through, Samaritans will answer your call 24/7. Call 116 123 if you need to talk.
- PAPYRUS Hopeline 24/7 — For those under the age of 35 who wish to talk about their struggles. They can help you understand your thoughts and what to do with them. Available 24/7. Call 0300 102 2470 or text HOPE to 88247.
