SilverCloud offers a range of online therapy programmes designed to help you improve and maintain your wellbeing by supporting you to change the way you think and feel. You can access the programmes through the app or on your personal device and work through them at your own pace. All you need is internet access and sound on a computer, tablet, or mobile.

A variety of free programmes are available, including:

  • Long term conditions and their link to depression and anxiety
  • Mindfulness 
  • Resilience 
  • Sleep
  • Money
  • Depression
  • OCD
  • ...and many more.

Each programme is flexible, allowing you to use it anytime and anywhere. They include videos, activities, quizzes, audio guides, and space for your own online journal.

You will have a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) providing ongoing support via email or phone throughout the programme. 

SilverCloud programmes takes approximately 4-6 sessions to complete with independent access to the programme for up to a year.

Self-led online therapy can be accessed for free by signing up to SilverCloud with your personal email address and chosen password. Our access code is 'SIGNPOST' and you will be asked to provide this during the sign up process.
