Resources:
- Herefordshire and Worcestershire Wellbeing and Recovery College — Courses and workshops for anyone aged 18+ in Herefordshire and Worcestershire to assist with developing tools, skills and understanding to support mental wellbeing. Patients can register for support via the website, by contacting 0300 302 0458 (Mon – Fri 9:30 – 4:30pm) or by emailing HW_WellbeingRecoveryCollege@comfirst.org.uk.

- Herefordshire Mind Safe Haven — Crisis prevention service for adults experiencing emotional distress. Open every day from 5pm to 10pm. Call 01432 372407.
