About Us

We are Occupational Therapists working as part of the Community Learning Disabilities team.

We are Occupational Therapists (OT) working as part of the Community Learning Disability Team. We support individuals with a moderate-severe Learning Disability. We support an individual with a LD if their needs are unable to be met by, or are too complex for, mainstream services.  We support people in various areas of life, such as:

  • ·       Skill Building
  • ·       Eating & Drinking
  • ·       Sensory Needs
  • ·       Dementia Support
  • ·       Reducing Social Deprivation
  • ·       Active Support
  • ·       Keeping you safe (Restrictive Practice)

We are a team committed to providing person centred assessmentadvice and support to adults with Learning Disabilities (LD) and their family/ carers, supporting them with their occupational needs.
