Anchor - Emotional health and wellbeing is the new name for Worcestershire Integrated Services for Looked After Children. We are a team dedicated to the emotional health and wellbeing of Looked After Children from 0-18 years of age in Worcestershire.

About the service
We help Looked After Children with their emotional wellbeing by giving them support that focuses on building safe relationships and understanding past trauma.
Our goal is to make sure Looked After Children and young people can grow and succeed with carers who understand them and know how to meet their needs. Our team also helps provide the right therapeutic placements, so children feel more settled and placements are less likely to break down.
Anchor also supports the professionals around each child, helping them understand how early difficult experiences can affect a child’s development.
