Nominate our staff for Patient Choice Award 2021.
Residents across Herefordshire and Worcestershire who have accessed services provided by the Health and Care NHS Trust are being invited to nominate a team or member of staff for a prestigious local award.
Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust provides mental health services across both counties. It is also runs community hospitals, community nursing/therapy teams, health visiting and other support for children and young people, as well as a range of other specialist care including dental and sexual health services across Worcestershire.
Every year staff and teams are celebrated at its Staff Awards event and The Trust is inviting nominations from patients, service users, families or carers for the Patient Choice Award 2021. The award recognises teams or staff who have truly gone above and beyond in their role.

We provide a broad range of services but all our staff and teams share a common goal to provide high quality, personalised care which really makes a real positive difference to people’s lives. All the categories in our Staff Awards event are special, but being nominated by patients, service users or families/carers is a wonderful reflection of the outstanding care we provide across Herefordshire and Worcestershire.”
