General information

Our service aim is to ensure that you are supported by the right person, in the right place, at the right time.

If you're experiencing mental health difficulties, you should contact your GP in the first instance. You might be asked to speak to someone online, or over the phone to help identify the most suitable service for you, or you may be invited in for an appointment to understand more about how you are feeling.

If you need support from a Neighbourhood Mental Health Team, your GP will support you to book a suitable appointment with your local team. If the Neighbourhood Mental Health Team isn't the best option for you, you will be advised on alternative services that can help which might include Herefordshire and Worcestershire Talking Therapies, who can support you to manage stress, anxiety and low mood.
