Referral information (professionals)

Any professionals wishing to make a referral for any of our services should be sent them to our referral Single Point of Access: WHCNHS.CNRTreferrals@nhs.net. 

WINRS Referral form

Please ensure enough detail is provided to ensure the referral can be triaged by the team and actioned promptly.

Referrals are triaged on a daily basis by the team during the working week and allocated to the appropriate clinical team’s waiting list.
