Coming soon: access your patient information through the NHS App

We are working to make it easier for you to access information about your care through the NHS App.

Many people already use the NHS App to order repeat prescriptions, manage GP appointments, view their NHS number, access parts of their GP health record, and find trusted health information and advice.

As part of this new development, we are working with Patients Know Best (PKB) to bring you information about appointments and care provided by our services through the NHS App.

This is the first step in a wider programme of digital improvements designed to give you greater access to, and control over, your healthcare information. The service will be free to use and will provide a convenient and secure way to access information about your care whenever you need it.

Our teams are currently working behind the scenes to develop and test the service, with a planned launch in early 2027. We will share further details and guidance on how to access your information as the launch approaches.
