ChatHealth

If you are aged 11–19, you can text 07507 331750 to chat with a School Nurse.

You can ask about anything that is worrying you, such as bullying, feelings, friendships, relationships, alcohol, smoking, drugs, safety and more.

ChatHealth is open Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (not on bank holidays).

Kooth 

Kooth is a free and safe website where young people can get support for their feelings. You can get help with things like stress, worries, or problems with friends and relationships.

You can:

  • set your own goals
  • write in a journal
  • try activities to help you cope
  • read magazines and listen to podcasts
  • chat or message trained professionals every day until 10pm

Sexual health — SHOutreach (WhatsApp support)

SHOutreach is a WhatsApp service for young people aged 21 or under in Worcestershire.

If you cannot get to a sexual health clinic because of school, college or other reasons, you can message the team and they will call you back within two working days (Monday–Friday).
