Service update

Service update 9/5/2025 - Kidderminster Hospital

We are aware of an ongoing incident at Kidderminster Hospital. As a precautionary measure, the Robertson Centre has been evacuated. All planned appointments scheduled in this building for today have been cancelled. If you were due to attend an appointment with one of our mental health teams based in the Robertson Centre, please do not attend. A member of our team will contact you as soon as possible to rearrange your appointment.

There is not believed to be any wider risk to patients elsewhere in the hospital; those receiving care on Wyre Forest Ward remain unaffected by the evacuation. However, as a precaution, we kindly ask that you refrain from visiting the ward while the incident is ongoing.

If you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch with the team involved in your care.
