Our Admiral Nurses specialise in dementia care and the main focus of their work is supporting the carers of people with dementia.
Extra care housing (Worcestershire) — Housing for people aged 55 and over to live in a home of your own with 24/7 support on hand, should you need it. It helps identify what you need in terms of physical, emotional and practical help, to carry on your caring role. You have the right to have your needs considered when decisions are being made about support for the person you care for. This will include any education, training, work or leisure activity that you would like to take part in.
