We provide a range of services specifically for people with dementia. This includes providing assessment, diagnosis and post diagnostic support. All of our services are working to be dementia friendly.

Our memory assessment service in Worcestershire is accredited by the Memory Services National Accreditation Programme (MSNAP). Information about our assessment services.
We also provide support for carers and for people who have more complex needs. This includes Care home in-reach in Herefordshire, Hospital at Home in Worcestershire and inpatient wards in each county.
